    possible problem?

    Brewed a batch of Red Ale. Looks good and taste good, but when I pour it in a glass gets so nice head but there are white clumps in the bottom of the glass. Seems to be more so when it's chilled. Opened an unchilled bottle and still had some but not as much. Tried to take a picture of it but...

    First Brew

    Whitehouse Honey Ale. Taste great even with out carbonation. And at about 6% . Should be even better after I let it set.

    Here I go again.....

    Ok so Now the fermentation in my Whitehouse honey ale has stopped. But he beer is cloudy, is it supposed to be cloudy when bottling? Smells AWesome!!!:ban::mug:

    Next question ,Head space

    I know with my experience in wine making head space in secondary its very critical. Does the same hold true with Home brew? Transferred from primary to secondary last night. And there is about 3 or 4 inches of space between the ale and the top of the carboy.

    now that I am waiting for my kit to arrive . WhiteHouse Honey ale, I'm looking at the kettles I have around the house. Think I read aluminum is not good for doing beer. and I dont have a 5 gallon pot, would 4 gallon work ok?
