  1. Phase 3

    Phase 3

Added Styrofoam insulation on the interior of the collar to help prevent temperature loss and not to over work the compressor.
  2. Phase 1

    Phase 1

Used 2x6 for the foundation of the collar. Fit perfectly.
  3. Phase 3

    Phase 3

Routed small inlays and added magnets to the top of the 2x6 to assist with "locking" the stock top down. Worked way better than I expected! I used 4 on the longer sides and 2 on the shorter sides. Spaced them out evenly.
  4. Phase 1

    Phase 1

Used Thompson s water seal as additional moisture protection for the foundation of the collar.
  5. Phase 2

    Phase 2

Added V Rustic siding to compliment the same siding under the bar. The lip on the top was an added unexpected bonus as it made a nice cover for the top to sit in.

Painted the collar Black Tie Black paint to match the bar.I also added swivel wheels to the fridge using sheet metal tap screws. Moves effortlessly even with 2 full 5 gal kegs inside.

Was racking my brain on how to hang the drip tray and bottle cap catcher then, while enjoying some cold ones cause that's how all great ideas happen, my cousin suggested I hang them from the collar with chains! BRILLIANT! 16lb test chains from Home Depot were easy to get but the hard part was...

Not a pricey investment but a needed one. A pre-wired ECT. Keeping the diode in a sealed bottle of water to help read the actual temperature works great! Not pictured is the internal fan I am using to keep air flow moving. I modified a computer fan to run on 12v and always keep air flow. I am...

So here is the bar all done! Stainless bar top, 40' LED 3D TV, Home made Tap Handle Display, and the lil Keezer that could all tucked in the corner. For any one out there looking to build a Keezer I highly recommend it. It was fun, not to expensive (total for everything including shanks and...

Mounting drip tray on front of chest freezer

I got the 16lb weight limit ones but there are others a little bigger that can handle 20lbs but if you have more than 20lbs on your drip tray, ...WTH do you have on your drip tray? :) Also, the 16lbs were the only ones that came in black too!

Mounting drip tray on front of chest freezer

I used chains attached to the collar and then L brackets with rubber post to stop the side to side movement. Making the holes at the front corners of the drip tray was a pain in the @$$ but it came out great!

Went with a dual tank manifold and a Ranco pre-wired ETC.

Thanks! Yeah it's a 5cubic one. I only have a limited space by the bar in order to get in and out from behind it so a 5 was the biggest I could go.
