Not a pricey investment but a needed one. A pre-wired ECT. Keeping the diode in a sealed bottle of water to help read the actual temperature works great! Not pictured is the internal fan I am using to keep air flow moving. I modified a computer fan to run on 12v and always keep air flow. I am also using a refillable bucket of Damp Rid to keep internal condensation at bay.
