    Grain Expiration

    My apologies if this has been discussed but I didn't come across it. I found a 5 lb bag of sealed grain, 2.5lbs of pils and 2.5 lbs of wheat. It has probably been in my basement, for two years, fairly cool and relatively airtight. Any idea how long crushed grain lasts?

    Strawberry Rhubarb Berliner

    So I'm trying my hand at my first Berliner and wanted some input. I think I'm gonna do a 50/50 mix of wheat and pilsner, 3.25 lbs of each.     buying yeast denver

    Has anyone had luck finding yeast other than their lhbs in denver co. All the shops close before i get out of work. I used to have luck back in maine at a natural food store that sold limited supplies. Any info would help thanks!
