If ALL the cards have been issued from a single large bank like Chase or BoA or Wells Fargo ; the fault might be there... We (and that is the collective use of we) are looking to lay blame at...

    Hmmm... (unimportant) legal question

Bigger point, and I bet one that we are all guilty of is the "for the use of his family or himself..." So, yes if you drink it he is in violation (in the strictest interpretation of the code) since you are not the head of the household or a family member.

    Remember when...

I thought : "oh man, there's a bunch of old people here!... Oh..... wait..." ( ORHS class of '83. "Let's roll, Wildcats roll! "... But I don't think I took our fight song the way they intended.... cough cough...)

Yet another thread about racking to secondary vs. bottle conditioning

If I read that right, and you don't have a second airlock for if/when you transfer to a secondary ; you might want to pick one up before using it to keep anything nasty out of it. Might not be too dangerous if using a lidded bucket for the secondary, but you definitely want to limit risk of...

is watermelon wheat a women's drink?

To muddy the waters further: I have been known to wear one of my many 'manskirts' (my kilts) while wearing my 'purse' (a.k.a a sporran) while wearing 'fancy dress shoes' (ghillie brogues) ; drinking 21 year (or older) single malt whisky; eating haggis and occasionally chasing it all down with a...
