    Temp Issues

    I am planning on making a Hefe tomorrow but my basement keeps dropping in the low 60's to high 50's what is a good inexpensive way to raise the temp up until I can get a freezer with a temp control unit?

    Temp Issue

    My last 2 beers have had a bad attenuation % (I have been around 55%-60%). I have the 02 setup so I know my aeration is good. I am wondering if temp has anything to do with it my basement has been really cold lately like around 60 f. would this cause bad attenuation and if so what is the best...

    Wierd Kraeusen??

    Tiered Yeast? (hopefully)

    I just brewed a Belgian Triple. I made the starter on 10/3 and pitched on 10/6 it was a strong fermentation for about 3 days after that the airlock stopped bubbling and the kraeusen cleared except some chunks on top.
