    Today I weighed in at 218 :) Man I am so pleased with how this is going.

    After weigh in today I'm down to 220. My blood pressure has been regulated. Now my goal is to get down to a healthy weight and get off the blood pressure meds. Also I am looking at brewing more table beers.

    I'm doing great I'm down to 223. Not as much weight loss over the holidays. The wife is an amazing baker. But still going down hill :) I hope to get below 200 lbs here in a couple months. Life is great and I'm feeling better then I have in a long time.

    I now weigh almost as much as I did through most of high school 226 Lbs. :rockin: 16 lbs lost this month. Wow! I must admit I thought the calorie trackers were kinda stupid at first, but it has paid off. I still drink about a pint a night :mug: Life is good. Every one have a wonderful day.

    weighed myself this morning and I am down to 230 :ban:. That's 12 lbs in 3 weeks. Every one have a happy Thanksgiving.

    You are so right. It is difficult giving up so many grains. They have become a sometimes food instead of an all the time food.

    I may have eaten all the pickles yesterday but I did come in under my goal.:) I have started walking everyday behind the kids while they ride their bikes. with the youngest 7 months on my back.

    I didn't know that thank you. I'm not a big fan of salt or white sugar. It's the grains that kill me I love bread and pasta and beer. It's those things that I use to get a lot of my calories from. Today I learned that pickles, at least the kind we had in our fridge, have 0 calories. :rockin...

    It was the Homemade spaghetti that did it, there were just so many calories in such a small amount of food, and then finishing a keg, it only 3 pints left.

    Well, Yesterday I failed in an epic way. I consumed over 4000 calories. 2500 more than my allotted amount. Today will be better. Today I am going back on track. How many times have I read one day won't ruin you. Well here's hoping.
