    Will chocolate in secondary cause small amount of fermentation?

    I just added 8 oz of 60% cacao chips and racked RIS to secondary. This raised a question. Once it starts to meld into the stout a bit, will the yeast munch on any of it?

    11.2 oz bottles?

    I want to bottle what I'm hoping will be my best beer to date, 11%+ RIS. I want to use 11.2 oz bottles and dip in wax to assist with aging. I've looked around and haven't found a vendor... help? SWMBO loves this beer but its very unlikely she will drink 40 by the time its ready to be bottled.

    Cereal Killer Mill Help

    I just tried to use my mill for the first time. I had it set to about .35 but when I had the drill running, the mill was not pulling any grain through. It wasn't until I increased the gap to around the .53 mark, on the mill itself, would it start chewing grain. Thoughts?
