    Kegging/Nitro with.... Liquids

Nor should it be kegged and dispensed, like a carnival soda pop while we're on the subject but hey-- to each their own.

    Kegging/Nitro with.... Liquids

There are seriously a ton of cocktails that have egg white in them to create a frothy, thick head. Talk to any decent bartender.

Forget the kegging system and make a better drink. Quality over quick convenience. If you want a head like quality for the margarita, use egg whites.

    Adding to Secondary in BeerSmith2

I figured it out. If anyone is curious, I had to add the fruit myself and not use the ingredient from the available ingredients list. When adding your own custom ingredient it gives you the option to put when you use it (eg. Secondary).

    Adding to Secondary in BeerSmith2

Yeah, you would think that would work but BeerSmith2 doesn't have a "Use In" section. :/

    Adding to Secondary in BeerSmith2

This may be a dumb question but I can't figure it out. I am making a fruit beer recipe in BeerSmith, but I cannot figure out to make the step-by-step instructions read that I wish to add the fruit to the secondary fermenter after primary. Does anyone know how to do this?

Can you add lactose after primary fermentation?

Those are good ideas. I will rack off a gallon this weekend and see how it is with lactose. If that doesn't work, I'll try your other option. Thanks for the advice!

Can you add lactose after primary fermentation?

Is there another good replacement for it? Yes I did. Could that have added to the tart flavour?

Can you add lactose after primary fermentation?

Would you have any other suggestions to solving this? Is lactose a poor choice?

Can you add lactose after primary fermentation?

Good day! I started a raspberry wheat ale on the 5th with wheat malt extract and extra light crystal grains. After the boil, I poured the sweet wort over raspberries and let it ferment. I racked it yesterday into a secondary carboy. The fermentation went great but the taste is quite tart and the...
