    help! like a moron....i left my liquid yeast at work

    The plan was for the wife to stop back in to put the 16 month old to bed. Since this was her birthday brew.....i obviously a little more particular. So, i went back to work and a cleaning lady clued me in on unlocking the elevator to get to my floor, which is apparently restricted at 8pm...

    After 15 successful batches, my buddy and i had our 1st bad batch. All was normal (3-4 week ferment, 3 week bottle condition, & 70 degree temp on a red ryepa) He switched brands of conditioning tablets.....instead of 1 coopers in the bottle, directions call for 3 tablets- low carb, 4- medium...
