Any idea how to bottle it without the yeast wreaking havoc?

I followed the instructions for diet soda that was packaged with the extract and ended up with ALL gushers that tasted like garbage. I've gone back to just buying soda.

Bethesda is only the publisher, but I'm sure Arkane (I think that's the developers name) was influenced by the TES series. I'm loving Dishonored. I wish the stealth of Skyrim was this good.

No idea, sorry. I just bottled a batch of diet cherry soda using pure sucralose as the sweetener. I'll let you know how that turns out.

Didn't see any packages that size at Cub. I just said screw using cut product and ordered pure sucralose. 50 grams for $18 with shipping. I'll need just under 3 grams for a 4 gallon batch.

Question on the updated hose: is anyone else having trouble getting the brass square head plug to stay in the tube inside the SS braid? As soon as hot water gets on that hose, it becomes malleable and the plug slips right out. I've only been able to get the square part into the tubing, but are...

Was going to try making some diet soda this weekend (bit too much beer lately), but I can't think of an easy way to carbonate a bottled soda. Can't really use priming sugar, because there is no yeast for it to interact with and create co2. Any ideas?

Are ciders prone to blow off? Would it be wise to just add yeast to a gallon jug and allow it to ferment?

I'm using a cherry puree Northern Brewer sells. I added the puree to a carboy and racked my kriek on top. For the second batch, I'm going to try adding the puree directly to the primary bucket.
