    Can i store a keg thats been carbed at room temp

    I Recently made a coopers lager cold crashed it for 4 weeks then kegged it( corny keg) anyway have had a few beers out of it and happy with the beer. My question is can i take the keg out of the fridge and store at room temp( around 23-29 degrees celcius) for about 2 weeks as i need the fridge...

    How long to lager for??

    Will it make a huge diffrence having only an extra 2 weeks tho? I will be kegging it and it will be in the keg at that temp anyway for at least a couple of weeks. When u say it should be in there for at least 4 weeks? What are the main benifits? Taste?? Coz im happy with how clear the beer is now

    Ok thanks for the advice. What if i chuck the hops in a hop bag with a few marble to sink it to the bottom then wait about 7 days? Will that work? Ive never dry hopped before so rhis is new to me. Im just after aroma and possibly a slight bit of flavour.

    So should i put the hops in the fermenter a couple of days befote its done? Then leave in fermenter for anouther week then transfer beer to secodary and cold crash it for 3 weeks?

    So i have a SG of 1062 and a FG 1012 .. Work it out... I drink and drink and drink and dont feel much at all. if i drink the same amount of a commercial beer with a lower abv of say 4.5 i will feel drunk. For some reason its just the homebrew doesnt have the same effects as commercial beer

    Ive just made a coopers pale ale and its nearly finished fermenting. I will be kegging it. But i need to onow the best way to age the beer? Shall i put it in the carboy for a month or so?
