    Irish Stout

    I added a 1/2 cup of Honey & 1/2 cup of Brown sugar to try to tone down the bitterness and to make it smoother for all. Im ready to bottle, is there any way to lesson the bitterness?

    I love Rauchbier and made one with smoke grain and it wasn't smoky enough. Im making it in 2 gallons. Any suggestions?

    Conditioning Time

    Bottled Blueberry lightning 3 wks. Ago, warm conditioned for 3 wks., put one in fridge for 4-6 hrs. Tasted pretty good, just a little dry and not much blueberry flavor. What should I do, more warm cond. or cold?

    Taking out peppers in muslin hop sack

    Brewed Fire In The Hole yesterday, read most people taking out sack after 8 days, won't this hurt the fermentation process opening it up?

    I've added reg. table sugar too the 16oz. bottles and inconsistent on all sugar mixing properly. Get some sugar caked on the bottom of bottle. What sugar if any is better than table sugar?

    Cold crash

    I'm brewing Blueberry Lightning, been ferm. what will b 2wks on Tues. looked at beer and very murky, should I let ferm. longer, cold crash. Just heard of cold crash so if anyone knows please advise.

    Best Sugar for prime/cond.

    I have Blueberry Lightning brewing(Mr.Beer), what kind of sugar is best and technique. In past put in bottles, some bottles sugar never mixed
