    Looking for grain miller

Just an update, I did pick up a Corona grain mill, made a larger hopper at work, tested it out and surprisingly it worked great. Came across a 1/2 hp motor, now to set that up so it will be independently motorized. (not using a drill.) do have concerns though as I have had the grinding plate...

    Blue Moon Clone

Just brewed Nilo's #6 version of the blue moon, pitched yeast about 20 min ago, hit the OG on the mark, will see in a couple weeks how this turns out. Figure 2 weeks in primary, 1 week secondary, 1 week keg, set and forget, blue moon is a favorite at the house so if it turns out good I am sure...

Cherry Pomegranate Apple Cider "Sweet n' Cheap"

You should be able to find it in any local grocery store. Out here Kroger stores carry it, but I would think that Safeway, Ralphs, or Stater Bros should carry it in the frozen juice isle. Been a while since I lived in California not sure what stores are out there.

Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

Brewed this yesterday, with 30 min left in the boil I ran out of propane on my burner. so I quickly transferred it to the stove to finish out the boil. Unfortunately in all the chaos i forgot to add the Irish Moss with 10 min left. So now I plan on using gelatin when I transfer to the secondary...

    Blue Moon Clone Extract Recipe

have you thought about using 2 bottles of the McCormick Valencia orange peels, so basically 3 oz. to substitute for the 1 oz of sweet or bitter orange peel. Just wondering if that would be too much orange. Recipe already calls for 1.5 oz
