    Ukrainian wild hops?

    How often do you replace your buckets?

    Is there a number of batches, or some other time frame fro replacing your buckets? Do you just replace when it breaks, or gets an infection that will not clean up? Just wondering what others do. Martin

    how long can I let the mash sit at temp?

    Here is the issue, I take my dog to the dog park every Saturday and Sunday morning. This is about three hours each day. So.... the question is, can I let the mash sit for three or more hours, before doing the sparge? Just a Noob Question. Thanks for the replies.
