Ive brewed quite a few good tasting beers, but for some reason they all seem to have such a thick head. I don't know if it's from something I'm doing or something I'm not doing? Perhaps I don't let them sit in the fridge long enough?
I went fishing in pa and stopped at a place called the elk creek cafe. Their house beer was called "Brookie brown ale" I was just curious if anyone had ever had it or knows the recipe or a recipe close to it??
I was wondering if anyone knew a recipe that was close to like a Hopdevil or perhaps a golden monkey? I had Victorys beer about a year ago now and ive been hooked ever since. Especially now with the victory bar that just opened up
