    Roast bitterness aging off?

    Sorry, I couldn't find anything with search. I brewed my first porter, and it tasted fine and dandy till carbed up. The roast bitterness is overpowering now. I did use the grains in the mash. Should have steeped. Live and learn. Will the bitterness age off in the keg? Is there a way to save...

    Consistently leaking keg setup... out of ideas.

    I'm consistently burning through Co2 tanks like they're free. Something is leaking somewhere and I can't find it. I have: Replaced all lines and connectors. Replaced 2 regulators. Replaced all of the O-rings and pop-it's on my kegs. Yeah, I've basically purchased two whole kegging systems...

    not a blow over... valve gave out?

    So I pitched yesterday about 4pm. checked last night and everything was fine. checked this morning, and looked like I had my first blow-over. nothing was in the air lock, so I topped it off, and went to the shop to get my wet-vac. Upon inspection there was no beer on top of the lid. SO I think...
