    Can't get a vigourous boil with my 2.5 gallons BIAB setup

    A longer boil will get your OG up as long as the volume is still fine. Otherwise you may consider adding some extra light DME. With boil issues you volume is probably high as well so longer may fix it.

    Sure there is. You fill it to the top so the mice don't fall in. They will just swim a couple of circles and crawl out, freshly sanitized. :)

    I just found this. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/reviews/agata-super-agata-bench-capper.html It may help. This is the model I got from my friend and it worked well. Getting it set for multiple heights was a little bit of a pain but not bad.

    Mixed bag of 2 month old C hops - trash?

    Nothing wrong with a "kitchen sink" batch to use up leftover stock as long as you have room in the pipeline for a potential "bad" batch. It will probably be the best beer you ever brew and will never be able to duplicate it;). If your just talking hops and they are all C's, you should be fine...

    Can you measure the gravity of beer after conditioned?

    Are you thinking that the priming sugar would have altered it or did you not check it before bottling?

    +1 on Imperials and high gravity beers. They need to age. But at a party you'll want folks to have more than 3 before their ripped anyway :tank:
