    Cider Not Carbing in Bottle

    Fat Yak Recipe

    I've just spent a few months in Australia and got hooked on a beer called FAT YAK. I believe it comes from South Australia. I would love to have a crack at brewing something similar. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

    Hey..from NZ

    Been brewing for a few months now...Currently in search of a kit based recipe for a brew akin to Stella... Hopefully I'll eventually get into all grain recipes when I get the other gear required...
