    I had some Japanese Beatle damage to the leaves but not severe. Never sprayed anything on them. I might have over fertilized. The leaves look slightly yellowish, but still a 6 or 7 out of 10 for appearing healthy. They leaves not as dark green as they were earlier in the season.

    The Perlick 545 PC flow control faucets take all the aggravation out of precise line length, temp, and serving PSI. They make it hard not the get a perfect pour each glass.

    I like your vitamix idea if you could heat sanitize it. Determine what you can safety heat it too. Then bake it in your oven for a good while at the highest safe temperature.

    Those barbs seem to have some sort of thread locker glue from the factory. I couldn't remove them with a crescent wrench, but got them off with ease when using impact driver.

    That $10 hand plunger w/rubber mallet works great for us. We have done several hundred bottles (natural and synthetic corks) without any issues.
