Does anyone has been able to successfully convert to 5 gallon extract recipe?

I have a NEW never used complete 20-gallon electric brewery system that's great as a pilot or for making single or back 2 back 10-15gal batches, control panel compatible low Oxygen aka "LODO" Brewing and custom logic to run two heating elements of the four at any given time either to ramp up...

I'm trying your method with blueberries tomorrow... and I have a batch planned for the weekend that I want to use some frozen mangoes.. so how much of it you usually add? thanks for sharing.

Question for those using two 5500w ripple elements on their HLT, what would it be the optimal location of the two elements taking in consideration the herms coil? pics will be appreciated. Thanks in advance E

Yes make cense, thanks for your input. With regards of the control panel build, if you have the time and tools go for it is a rewarding experience, remember you gotta source all parts so dont start your panel build until you have all the parts on hand. Good build Cheers

Moving to electric and just getting into the panel build.. system will be a hybrid between a back 2 back and a +30gl from Kals.. HLT and BK two elements each.. I'll be able to fire HLT one or two elements or HLT and BK one element each or BK one or two elements.. the circuit logic won't allow...

Your safety relay coil is energized when you turn on the keyed main switch this is the first step in the sequence.. this is done to make sure all your heating elements and pumps switches are in the off position .. then if those conditions are met the main power relay will energize and stay...

This is your safety relay.. so everything needs to be turned off (all switches in off position) in order for your main power relay to latch in

Make sure your main relay is latching this is what feeds the rest of your panel components
