I have a small dorm style fridge with a freezer.....I added insulation to make it big enough to ferment in...However, with the temp controller set at 65, it will run, get to the set temp, and then when it shuts off, whatever has frozen on the coils melts and collects in the bottom of the fridge...

I usually keep my beer covered during fermentation, having read how light can effect the final product. Do you recommend covering it while in the secondary? I was just curious.....I usually cover it with a towel, and then throw it in the fridge to crash cool it after a week or so of...

When I am making a recipe, I add grains and hops, but nothing shows up in the window. However, when I preview the brewsheet, it all shows up.... anybody have a clue as to how to fix this? It used to work, so maybe I just turned something off.......
