    Perlick 525ss and SS shanks

    I know everyone else is looking for these too, but I decided to post. Looking for 5 of each. The shanks will be for a fridge door so something longer than 3.5". Let me know what you have.

    Ferm Chamber not getting cool enough

    So it is definitely the fridge not being able to "breathe". So my options are to increase vents or remove panels. I like the idea of having removable panels during fermentation with a quick latch, but I'm not sure to that would work.
