    Insight on local brewing culture?

    I'm not sure when they are doing it again, but Pennsbury Manor has a guy come out and brew the way they did back in the Colonial times. I think they do it like once a month. I never went, but I heard it's pretty cool and very informative about beer and brewing back in the early days of the country.

    I'm not sure if they ship them, but it looks like Keystone Homebrew Supply here outside Philadelphia will have some in August. and 15 gallon for $85 is pretty good I'd say.

    Had it there a while back. Awesome little place Monk's is. It's also at Mad Mex in Willow Grove just outside of the city.

    I appreciate the responses. I know its a beaten and over asked topic and I hate to do stuff like that but I just wanted another set of eyes. I assumed it was a yeast raft but like I said I just wanted to make sure. Thanks again.

    Hey guys this is my first post so I'm sorry its an infection question but I just checked my secondary today and I saw some floaters in it and I can't tell if its yeast that has risen with air bubbles to the top or mold. I took the best picture I could with bad lighting. So what do you think...
