    Cleaning beer bottles

    Yea all i do is right after i pour the glass i run it through with hot water. Then when i go to bottle my batches i just jet wash them, then dunk the bottles in star san and thats it, nothing more.

    stuck!

    My recent batch (choc. raspb. stout) has been stuck at 1.030 even after adding more yeast. The batch started out being 1.058 and went great till the third day which it just stopped. Fermentation temps have been from 62-68. Anyone have any suggestions on how i should handle this. It tastes great...

    If you want somthing good and easy (pretty much just combine 3 ingredients..) the best bet is the cider. 15 bucks for to make that...i dunno about a week but starting at 1.070 down to under 1 after a good couple weeks makes for some good high and tasty alcohol content. read up and best of luck.
