    Cream soda recipe

    Ok, so I've made wine, beer, and mead..... so now I wanna try my hand at soda. However I can't find a recipe for cream soda (non-yeast). Any help?

    So here is my idea. One gallon brewed Folgers coffee 4.5 lbs clover honey 1 cup raisins for nutrients 1 packet red star traditional yeast What do does every one think Mind you I have to by every thing from the grocery store(no lhbs and I don't shop online)

    OK so I'm making my first gallon of Mead and it's just over a week in primary. Now it's already sitting on just over a 1/4 inch of lees. Should I wait another week or rack it now?
