    Homebrew at wedding

    Wyeast 1275 in big beer

    Im going to be making an imperial porter next weekend. I have a slurry of wyeast 1275 thames valley from a porter that was packaged about a week ago. Anyone know if this yeast would be able to stand up to a high OG beer?

    Using honey malt in IPA.

    won't fill new co2 tank

    I just got a refurbished #10 co2 tank from homebrewing.org and went to get it filled and they sayed they couldn't fill it because of the stamp on the side. Has anyone heard of this?

    I've been thinking about putting together a clone recipe for this. The hops seem to be similar to moon man but does anyone have any ideas for the grain bill? My moon man recipe uses motueka, amarillo, citra, simcoe, and pac gem.

    high gravity beer not carbing
