Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

Tapped a keg of this incredible brew this weekend. We did AG and after the 21 day primary we racked into the secondary and added homemade vanilla extract (2 tahitian vanillia beans, diced and soaked in an once of vodka in a mason jar for 21 days). It is one of the best stouts I've ever had.

The Brew Hut in Aurora, Colorado

I'd go there more often if I lived closer. It's an hour drive there and back.

American Amber Ale House Amber (AG & Extract)

Made a variation of this on Saturday. I used cascade pellets for the boil, and a combo of cascade and amarillo whole leaf for the dry hop. I can't wait to enjoy!

The Brew Hut in Aurora, Colorado

"TheWeeb" recommended this store to me and I paid them a visit on Saturday. Their ingredient selection was excellent and prices were good. Dry Dock's tap room is ajoining so you can enjoy a great beer while you getting your ingredients. The employees were great, too. "Tim" went as far as...

    Pulled Pork Trouble

19 and 22 hours! Whoa. That is a long time. I'd say your pit thermocouple is jacked or too close to the meat. I use the built-in thermometer in the lid of my WSM and I check the internal temp regularly with another digital probe thermo. just to make sure they match up. I usually smoke two 6-8 lb...

Odell's Mountain Standard Double Blak IPA...Uck.

Man! Myrcenary is a great beer to me. Ha ha. I love it. I have to say that I really disliked their burbon barrel stout out of the bottle. I had it fresh and it was great but out of the bottle it was digusting. Their Avant Peache is great too, if you like those kinds of beers.

    I want a smoker...

I've used a char-grill with side box, a brinkman and currently a weber smokey mountain. The Weber is a much higher quality product. Thicker gauge steel, nice thermometer, great adjustability, large side access door....My brinkman was great but it was flimsy and didn't have nearly as many...

Odell's Mountain Standard Double Blak IPA...Uck.

Man, Curlyfat. Sorry you were disappointed. This is probably my favorite Odell beer. I hope you got to try it again in a more fresh state.

    Stomp Them Grapes, Denver, CO.

Off I-70 and Pecos in Denver. I had a great experience with this store. Very helpful, had what I needed, large selection, tons of gear in store and decent prices. I bought my Corny keg, a bunch of tubing and connector related hardware, ingredients for my next beer, a new hop bag and a couple...

    Hello

Thanks! Homebrewdad, I was recently in Huntsville for work and I really enjoyed the Strait to Ale brews down there, particularly the Monkeynaut IPA.

    Hello

My name is Chase and my wife is Elise. I've been into brewing for a while and several friends home brew, plus we live in Colorful Colorado so good beer is always present. I have so many other hobbies like my band, my 57' chevy truck, guns and my motorcycle. I haven't been "allowed" to start any...
