Here's my vintage GE converted fridge I got set up for 1/2 barrels or 5 gallon coke kegs entire setup was free :)

You can also sterilize them in the oven Cover bottles with a piece of aluminum foil and put bottles in oven and set to 250 for 12 hrs. Do not pre heat as bottles could break from the shock.

Im still on my first hydrometer but am on my 3rd thermometer :)

This looks like its the brewers best kit with a couple of additional things that you need for your first batch. I bought just the kit by itself (fermenters, hoses, brushes, etc.) for $100 and for my first batch got one of the package kits like the one here (about $35). I already had a big enough...

I dont know how your set up is but my 8 gallon pot will fit on BOTH the front and the back burner at the same time. I crank them both to high and can get a full pot to boil in about an hour.
