Is it the bucket or the spigot? You could maybe just swap out the spigot. If there is no spigot it wouldn't hurt to get a new one if you been using it a few years anyways. Maybe even consider glass or a Speidel upgrade.

I store mine for months and check the ph occasionally with wine strips. Never had any problems. I use a siphon for transfer to keep that sanatized and then I dont need a funnel.

Yeah, no stuck sparges here. I heard back from them and they said the the pictures looked okay but they offered to replace the kit. I'm just happy they are taking care of it. I plan on using my own mill for this next kit.
