    yeah I would use the carboy for the apfelwein that way you do not have to rack it from the ale pale to the carboy later. Next time you do a Hefe use a carboy because the yeast are so fun to watch :rockin:

    I use Carapils with no chill haze:mug: I crash cool with gelatin and you can not tell a batch with Carapils to a batch without.
