    Suck my citra ipa

I was looking for a simple and quick brew I could do in time to take on the upcoming annual Memorial Day weekend camping trip in about a month. This recipe struck me as exactly what I was looking for. A nice clean simple citrusy ipa. I only changed 2 things. I used 6.6# of golden light LME...

    Saranac White IPA clone?

Cool thanks. I might have to give this a shot next week. I wonder how to give it more citrus flavor? What kind of yeast did you use? Some yeasts definitely help give a citrus flavor.

    Black IPA with Extract

I did a recipe very close to the NB Black IPA. I had to sub out some hops my LHBS didn't have that the recipe called for. My gravity readings are exactly where yours are at. And it does look and smell great doesn't it?! Glad I'm doing something right! Try the recipe if you want to do a black ipa.

Wtf is cold-brewed irt Guinness Black Lager

To me this beer is gross. They had it at a fundraiser I was at. They were free so I figured I'd try one. It tastes like an overcarbed off tasting Pepsi. I like a regular guinness once in a while but this is not good.

A Fun Experiment w/ brewing friend...

That was a great experiment. Nice job guys. It's good to know brewing can be more feel and follow a technique than an exact science where you have to follow a set recipe. I just started brewing in January and friggin love it.
