    (Session) Yeti Clone

I've always loved the taste of Great Divide's Yeti stout (I Believe) but it's high alcohol content was a bit too much for me at times. So, this is my 2.5G session version of Yeti. It's gotten great reviews from those who have drank it. If you brew it, let me know what you think. 2 lbs...

Cream Ale Potsville Common - Yuengling clone

Mashed at ~148F for 90 minutes. 10 minute mash out at ~170F. For those in the western US who have had Yuengling Lager and would like to brew something close (or for those who wonder what it is like). How long is StarSan good for?

I try and reserve some StarSan mixed in water each time I make some up in case I need to sanitize something I forgot to sanitize (or worry that I didn't sanitize it enough or it has bee too long since I sanitized it or yadda yadda) ... How long is that mixed up StarSan good for?

    Getting labels off easy

Thank you to the many people who said to soak bottles in oxy clean and water to get labels off. I had been soaking old bottles in simple green and water for 24 hours and then scrapping off labels. With an oxy soak, it only took a couple of hours and the labels had fallen off.
