The Yeast that comes with the kit is Wyeast 9097 Old Ale Blend. Do I need to make sure I don't use the carboys in the future for my other brew brews, i.e. the baddies in the Old Ale Blend will stick around and cause havoc? Thanks,

I am using straight fittings. I would say the coil is expanding vertically. The fitting side is 8 inches, the expanded side is like 14 inches.

Quick question for you all. How do you get the coil to stay compressed. Mine keeps expanding on the end that is not connected. My diameter is about 16 inches, so it is not that small. Thoughts.. Advice Thanks in Advance.

You should really get some air circulation going on in the box, otherwise you will be heating up the other components inside the enclosure. The heat sink will move heat off of the SSR, but where will it go if it is trapped in the enclosure? That is one reason most guys will cut a hole and...
