Beer in primary for months, still good?

Hey folks, a fellow brewer once told me to bottle or keg everything you make, even if you think something might be wrong. I have 5gal of saison and 5 gal of a blonde that have been in the primary for 4or5 months. Do I take the time to bottle? Everything seems to be fine.

How to brew in garage without running water

I have been brewing in my garage all winter. I can't wait till warmer temps. As far as gasses go, I have found that with 1 burner going, my 2 car garage gets so warm that I have to open the door anyway. Seems to do the trick. Also had luck with just running my garden hose. There have been a...

    Some major floaters

Here is a pic of the carboy. Oh and it's a secondary. Could it be yeast finishing the job. It was an extract kit and I didn't have a hydrometer at the time so I have no real info there.

    Some major floaters

Hey there, Just about to bottle my first batch and I am seeing lots of little white floaters in the beer. I thought they where just on top but appear to be throughout. Is this normal? If not, what do you think it is?

I own a deck company. That pretty much explains it. Build decks and drink beer on them.

    Brewmaster game?

There is a farming game with the same basic idea. I think it was a John Deere sponsored thing. Google it. Might help. I think it's an interesting idea.
