    priming at low temp....

    So I had 2 batches 8 weeks old that have spent the last 2 weeks in my keezer. I keged 18 of the 23L and bottled the other 5. I primed the remainder with the proper amount of dextrose but the beer was cold when I added like 4 degrees Celsius.... I am wondering if it will start to prime when it...

    whoops!!!

    I was making up a brew screwed up I guess when I took the OG it was 1.026 I was like what that is not worth making potential % of like 2.3 or something....What can I add to bring up the OG before I add the yeast?? Took more than one test to assure it was not something wrong 2 hygrometers....

    tiny pellet looking particals in my beer

    I have a batch of beer spent 10 days in primary and 10 in secondary and has very small pellet looking partials floating on the top. I was going to add gellitin to the beer to see if this would clear it up. Do I have to use beer to add the gelitin in or can I use water and just add it to the beer...

    now that its carbed....then what???

    ok so I did the calculations and set the pressures left it for the right amount of time and bang!! It worked!! carbed beautifully....but I want to un hook it and start carbing another keg and just keep this one cold for now and let it sit... will it stay carbed?? and if so how long??

    So I racked into my keg and I have extra beer left over that I would like to bottle and let sit and condition how much sugar do I use into about 6 or 7 liters of beer?

    after moving beer to secondary fermenter

    I moved my beer into the secondary fermenter it has been 3 days and it does not seem to be doing anything....it is clearing up but noting else. I cannot even see any bubbles coming to the top of the carboy....is this normal?? thanks!!

    Hello from Edmonton Alberta

    Hi all I just got a beer brewing kit for christmas and started it right away...I moved it to my secondary fermentor with a airlock and it looks like it is doing nothing....it is clearing up nicely but I see nothing going on inside the carboy is this normal?? p.s. sorry if this is not the right...
