    Basic wheat. Suggestions

    4 gal BIAB 3lb of 6 row and 3lb of wheat Will add 1 lb of honey late .75 oz tettnanger at 60 1.25 oz last 10 to flame out Thoughts?

    Porter

    7.25 lbs of 2 row, .75 of medium crystal, .6 of chocolate, .4 of black malt. 1 oz of fruggles. Might be somewhat robust but input would much be appreciated. I don't have a program just pen/paper. Mash at 152(not sure on this). 3 gallon batch.

    CACO3-242, alkalinity total-243,calcium-43.2, chloride-6.98, carbonate-216, iron-.007, magnesium-26.2, ph-7.61,potassium-.74, sodium-2.34, sulfate-6.1, TDS-216, zinc-.002. All units are in mg/l. Your expertise and input would much be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Biab?

    How much trub should be expected in 5gallon batch using 14.2 lb of grain and 4oz of hop? I'm fermenting in 6.5 gallon carboy.

    Storing wort?

    I have 6.15 gallons of wort ready to boil. Received a call to leave on an emergency business trip for three days and the plane leaves in 2 hours. How do I store it? I'm planning on covering the BK with foil and lid, then put in refrigerator.

    Weird

    Still a novice, but I was experimenting with a three gallon BIAB brew. After three weeks of fermentation between 62 and 64, beer clear, I moved to a warmer location and it started fermentation again. Hmm. Sanitation is solid. Recipe: Biab 2/22 APA 5lb 2 row 3 oz light crystal 2 oz cho12...

    Pipeline help

    What would be your process? I have a 6.5 carboy, 6.5 fermentation bucket, 5 gallon better bottle, and two 5 gallon corny kegs. Stout in one, APA in the other. Grandfather's prohibition wheat recipe in the bucket for seven days. I don't like to bottle! Either I have to much, not a bad thing...
