After comparing the brown ale I've been making with Sierra Nevada's Tumbler I am looking for the smallest amount of increased hops. I have never used a secondary but my gut tells me that it will get me to where I want to be.

Hello all. I'm up to me 6th brew and all going well. 0ne pale ale, 4 browns and just did my first oat stout (going crazy in the other room as I type). Hope to become a better brewer with the information here at this site:)
