    Dusseldorf Homebrewers?

Hello everyone, I've recently moved to Dusseldorf and just getting my Brauhaus set up in my garage. I'm interested in starting up a club (locals and expats alike) to brew, go in for bulk purchases, and spend Sundays as Germans do - relaxing with a hobby, outdoors. If there's anyone out there...

Dusseldorf Altbier Brewery visit - Fuchschen - Pics & Youtube

Loved reading this thread and watching the videos! I now live in Dusseldorf and haven't hit the altstadt as hard as I would like but I've only been here for a bit less than 3 months now. Uerige is my favorite alt but Bolten is a close second. I'm getting my brauhaus set up only now and this...

Brewer's Best Imperial Blonde Ale; what hops

Survival brewing is indeed the case...I get my equipment via diplomatic pouch (mail) which takes about 2 weeks from the U.S. but at least it's sent to Northern Virginia and then Uncle Sam puts it on an airplane heading my way (i.e. no liquid yeast for me...) I've never checked on the...

    Newbie brewer in Kazakhstan

Hey all, new to this forum. I'm an American diplomat living in Kazakhstan now. Got interested in craftbrewing since the local beers here are limited and rather awful. My lovely wife got me an "everything" set up from Midwest Supplies and I've been doing (and will continue to) do the Mr. Beer...
