    Did I really just win?

I missed the broadcast for the giveaway (Ustream just kept saying channel offline). So I looked at the giveaway post and it says I won the add-a-pump kit from BrewHardware??! Awesome!

What did PEPSI do with this?

I recently scored some cornies on craigslist for $20 each. They were all still full of syrup! The guy also had a blue pepsi CO2 tank. Looks to be a 20lb tank. He threw that in. He also wanted to give me a pump of some sort, but I told him I needed to find out what it was first. It was part of...

    Automation Component References

Just like a lot of other forums, I'd like to see a sticky or something with an easy place to find links and information on the most popular and best products to use for automating your brewery. I personally am not very far along in the automation process, but I know it is a matter of time...

    The Sanitizer Server

I had a keg I didn't want to use for beer, and a lid I wasn't going to use either, so now I use it to serve santizer! I use a foot pump to pressurize the keg and a picnic faucet to spray (or rather pour) sanitizer where I want it. Just thought I'd share, I'm sure there are similar...

    Firestone Walker tour

Went on a tour last weekend and snapped a few pictures. I also toured a few wineries so I'll throw those pics in too: Here are a couple videos

    Brewing tomorrow, advice needed.

Well I'm brewing tomorrow. My first AG batch. I'm a little concerned about my recipe kit though. I thought it would come with more specific instructions, such as mash temps, sparge temps, etc. It's the B3 Belgian Pale Ale. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it. If I don't hear from...

    Buy Us A Beer!

There are so many threads mentioning Kal (TheElectricBrewery.com) clones and modified Kal inspired systems I wanted to ask everyone who's used Kal stuff to buy him a beer. I just bought him a case myself, because I'd still be staring at a blank enclosure right now without his inspiring...

Central Valley (Fresno Area) Corny Group Buy?

Mcever will do $28 a piece for 20 corny kegs and $175 shipping. Interesting? I almost wanna buy all 20 but it's a bit steep.

    Stay-Brite 1/8" 1LB Silver Solder

$40 plus $5 flat shipping. Why pay a welding shop $70-$80 when you can just buy my extra roll. :) EDIT: I actually have 2 extra boxes.

16x14x9" NEMA 4X Stainless Enclosure NEW

Never been used, no holes, waterproof. Was a hair too small for my components on my ebrewery. I paid $150 which was a steal. I just want my money back. I'm firm on the price guys, its a nice box. Here's the box, with some of my components. No, the box does not come with my components! :)

    Almost eREADY

Got a lot of my parts in, I'm so close to my first all grain electric brew day. It should be the worst beer ever, but I don't even care, I just wanna eBREW! I'll take more pictures as I progress through the control panel build.

    Corny Source

Has anyone in CA found a source (or willing to share a source) for used ball locks. I've been posting ads on craigslist for over a year and only had one guy sell me 2 kegs in the last year. My brew day is on hold because I can't find corny kegs for less than $50 a piece. I know they are getting...

    My AG HERMS project progress...

Needed a home for my AG project. Here it is for now. Didn't realize how long (and expensive) this would end up being. Here's the systems path: Here's my newly completed bottom drain autosparge MT. Thanks to Jaybird for an awesome FB! Here's my HERMS HLT also with bottom drain...

    eHERMS animation

OK, this may be lame, but I made this animation attempting to understand where I would need 2-way and 3-way valves, or just check valves. It ended up not really solving that, but since I spent a few hours I thought the least I could do is post it up. Please critique or comment.

    SS HERMS permanent install problem.

I just installed this SS coil (NYBREWSUPPLY) but for the life of me can't stop a very small leak at both of the 90 compression fittings. I have continuously cranked on both, and reduced the leaks, but there's still a drop about once a minute. That would be 60 drops an hour. Is that enough of a...

    Control Panel Steal?

I just paid $150(+30 shipping)?! Judging by what I've been seeing online I think I got an awesome stainless steel NEMA 4X control panel for a steal. A similar one I was looking at was starting at $430. Now I can finally look at PID's, SSR's, and all that jazz. I was considering buying the...

    HERMS w/ AutoSparge compatibility.

OK So I am designing my singe tier HERMS/Autosparge system and I posted in the AG threads looking for critique. I'm new to AG and HERMS, and autosparge for that matter. I've been in discussion with another member who is saying that autosparge and HERMS are redundant. Is this the case? He...

    All Grain System Paths.

I actually put this drawing together to make a parts list to buy. But I just added paths to it for your critique. Please feel free to comment on anything! I'm very new to AG.
