    Safale S-04 Dry Ale Yeast

    I've seen the other styles of yeast from Safale discussed on these boards, but not this one so much. I'm getting ready to brew an English Pub Ale and have opted to use this yeast (the first dry I've used in ages). O-pines?

    John Bull and Party Pigs

    I just just bottled the Master Class John Bull pilsner, half in bottles, the other half in a Pig. Has anybody ever made the Master Class before? I got only because it was cheap and quick so I could try out the pig...which I got for a steal and was dying to test out. Thanks!

    California Common Question

    Good evening all... I have a kit on the way from Northern Brewer that will be a "Steam" beer. My questions is about the fermentation temp. The yeast I will be using is Wyeast #2112 California Lager Yeast, and my basement is at about 57-59F all day. Will this be ideal? Thanks!
