    Dry Hopping in primary???

    All Grain with only a 3 gallon boil for a 5 gallon batch????

    My LHBS said i could do All Grain with only a 3 gallon boil for a 5 gallon batch???? is this possible. From searching the site it seems that everything says 5 or 6.5 gallon boils. I really want to start AG but i dont have the big boling pot and dont want to buy one. I can boil up to 3.5...

    Fermentation Chest freezer question

    i just got an external thermostat and set up my chest freezer for a fermentation chamber. My question is: when i am finished brewing my batch (pale ale) do you put the fermentor in the chamber right away?? Or do you let the yeast start and then put it in?

    Gelatin question in my already kegged beer??

    My beer has been kegged for a week and is still VERY cloudy. Can i add gelatin now?? i have read several posts and know how to add it correctly, just wondering if it will help since the keg is already carbonated. Thanks,

    Bottling question

    i bottled my beer last thursday. My newbeeee question is: Should there be bubbles on the top of each beer in the bottle or not?? Mine do not have bubbles and i have not opened one yet to determine if there is carbination. Thanks for the help
