    Degassing cider?

    refrigerator question!?!?!?

    I just picked up a used refrigerator that i am going to use for lagering, my question is, Can i remove or drill holes in the wall between the freezer and the refrigerator? the fridge half seems that it isn't getting that cold, so im hoping that some holes will help.     Is a dual body regulator needed?

    Leaky fermenter bucket fix

    I have always hated that my fermenter bucket leaked co2, and that I could never watch fermentation. So when I brewed my last bach, I lubed the o-ring that is in the lid of the bucket with some keg lube. Worked like a charm!!! I hope this small discovery can help!

    Limited Release Wood Chuck

    While I was at my local liquer store today, a new woodchuck caught my eye. Its a "limited release" cider that is clamed to be oak aged. It seems prety good, a little melower. but definatly good. has anybody else seen this?
