    Bottling question

    I want to bottle this weekend but forgot to buy corn sugar. dont have any dme or lme. not sure if it matters but its a philadelphia pale ale a yards clone. Will I be ok to use 2/3 cup of regular sugar?

    Tap-a- draft system

    Sanitizing question

    I am trying a new sanitizer B.E.S.T I soaked my bottles and inverted them and let dry. Then filled one with water and thought I tasted the sanitizer should I rinse after I take bottles out of sanitizer the directions were not to clear. I am bottling now. am I ok

    Reusing or washing yeast

    what is the advantage? Can you do it if your extract or partial mashing? I am still kinda new at this I only have done 5 batches of extract and doing a recipe from this forum partial mash later this week. Seem like more options if you get away from the kits.

    Im still a newbe ive done about 7 brews all extract. Im looking for something like a shocktop or bue moon or something like that. I want to try to clone something I like because I dont like all weat beers. So if you dont have a recipe than maybe recomend one to try thats similar.

    Carbonation problem HELP

    This is my sixth brew and always carbinated after one week in bottle just cracked one open and flat if I pour it back and forth into two glasses i get a very small head. tastes great but flat. Its a exract kit from northern brewer. Irish red ale. Anything I can do?

    I have only done 2 brews. my first was a kit from midwest turned out great. my second isn't finished yet but, I think will be just as good. I think midwest is great, because thats all i know. thats who i bought my kit off of. Is there better?

    My recipe kit directions say to move to secondary 5 to 7 days. Its 7 now and im still blowing bubble out the air lock suold I move it? and if i do should I leave whatever is on the bottom there? Its a honey amber ale if that matters. JUst want to make good beer. thanks
