    Grain Bill question

    I just bought my own mill, and I will be buying grain in Bulk? What does everyone do about volume? The base malt will be fine for me to by a 50#+bag but if I need specialty grain of only a pound or two it would take me a long time to burn through that. I am worried about keeping it fresh etc...

    My DIY, I bought this Glastender behind the bar cooler on Craig’s list for 350$. I did rebuilt the doors myself as the replacements are 700.00$ a piece!! and it is up and running. I need to build some wire racks for inside other than that my only limit is 290 long neck bottles of beer!!!

    Hello from Houston!

    Just finished my "new" system and brewed my first batch since 2002! Started with an IPA and my sculpture worked well. Minor hiccups and mods required, but I think it will work well. Look forward to learning from the millions of post on the site.
