I'm doing an extract Amber, it's been in the primary for 5 days now, and there's no more bubbling from my airlock at all. It bubbled like crazy for 3 days, then slowed way down, and for the past 2 days theres been nothing. Ready for secondary?
When doing an all grain, is sparging a timed thing, or do you just let the wort drain immediately? I also see some recipes call for leaving the wort at several temperatures for a certain time each.
