I'm new to kegging. Everytime I turn on my gas (forcing at around 30 psi), I get this loud blap-blap-blap for about 2 seconds before it goes away. Does this indicate some kind of leak in my valves? Is this normal? Thanks!

I recently acquired a 2.5lb CO2 tank on the cheap. I'd like to keg half of my beer in a 2.5 gal. soda corny and bottle the rest. Is a 2.5 too small? I'm brewing about two 5 gallon batches a month. How often will I have to refill the tank, roughly?

How quickly does camden 'depotentialize'? That is, how long do I have to wait after tossing the camden in the cider before I can add the yeast and be confident that it won't be zapped? Anybody know what happens to the camden over that time? Does it just disappear?
