    I am trying the set it and forget method of carbing for the first time. I can't seem to find if I should hook the gas up to the input or the output? I have always went with output for force carbing, but am not sure for this method.

    I need lid ideas for a barrel

    I have a 55 gallon SS barrel that is being converted into a boil kettle. I still need to dig up a lid of some sort. Would it be oaky to use a galvanized trash can lid? I can't really think of anything else at the moment that would work. The opening is just under 22" in diameter.
