i took the dry hop sock out and i think it shook up yeast?

and in mid section of carboy.... wont go down... its been 11 days... i switched to carboy too early at 5 days...

will they fall to bottom or stay on top?

i transfeered to carboy after 5 days and added hop sack... coue days later some whitish bubble groups have popped up on top

my og was 1.040 and i transferred to secondary 5 days later and reading was at 1.010... seems a lil too low?
