I am doing a honey ale extract. I did primary fermenation for 10 days and secondary for 8. I added priming sugar by boiling into water before bottling. It has now been bottled for 2 weeks. I hope to refrigerate next week.
I've noticed when I pick up the bottles and turn them upside down a bunch of crud, for lack of a better word, comes down into the beer. What is this? Is it normal? Will it go away?
